E-patterns and knitting kits are not eligible for refund or exchange. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, gift shop items can be returned for a store credit withing 21 days of purchase.Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Return authorization number is required before any credit will be issued.
